5A Intelligent building management System

A. Building Equipment Monitoring System (BAS)
Monitors air-conditioning, ventilation, feed water and drainage, electricity distribution and substation, electricity generators, elevators, public illumination, floodlight illumination, and etc. Automatically calculating the consumption of electricity and air-conditioning in offices, the system is able to ensure safe , efficient and comfortable operation whilst providing energy and time efficiencies. Savings are passed on to tenants directly, particularly the operating cost of the air-conditioning system, which claims 80% energy consumption of office buildings.

B. Security Automation System (SAS)
Including a closed-circuit television monitoring system, intrusion alarm system, electronic patrol system, elevator intercom system, and parking lot management system is equipped.
